There is only one possible reason in the world why you would want to read this book:
You are a series junkie and want to complete a character's story arc.

So let me help you out.

Louisa Clark mumbles and stumbles and muddles and befuddles her way through the book until she finds her happy ending professionally and personally.

That's all you need to know.

Don't read this book. Don't buy this book. Stick to book one if you want. Try book two if you feel like. But stay away from book three!

What??? You want more? How demanding can you guys be? Ok, here we go...

#PoliteRantAlert (Polite because it's raining outside and I just had coffee. I'm in Zen state. 🧘🏻‍♀️)

○ While the first two books had many plot points that seemed to stretch reality, this book felt really far-fetched. Everything is exaggerated. #BollyInfluence

○ In many ways, it counters the plot of the first two books. And that's the worst thing to happen in a series... #DhokaDiyaAuthorNe

○ Louisa always pokes her nose in others' problems and yet no one finds it irritating. Well, except me perhaps. #NoseyMuch

○ The beauty of the first book lay in its unpredictability. The ending catches you unawares. Even the second book, while much weaker than the first, gave you enough of "What!!!!" moments. Not here though. You could snooze you way through the reading and still understand what happened and why. #TheRoadTakenHundredTimesBefore

○ Now that I think about it, there was one "What!!!!" moment in this book. And that is when Treena, Louisa's sister, comes out as gay. What? How? Why? Just because. #TwistForTheSakeOfATwist

○ Sam, the paramedic from book two who is now Louisa's love interest, comes and goes as per the author's convenience. #RevolvingDoorCharacter

○ Josh, another love interest (don't ask!) also changes his colours as per the author's requirements. #ChameleonFella

○ The Traynors just make a nominal appearance in a couple of scenes, to justify the fact that this is a continuation and not an independent book. #HumSaathSaathHain

○ There are many new characters whose role in the book is only to increase the number of pages and thereby keep the publishers happy. Only a couple make an impact. #OldIsGoldNewIsPhew

○ There is plenty of humour in the book but this falls in two categories: natural humour, where the jokes flow in the normal course of the plot; and illogical humour, where the content is meant to be funny but leaves you grinding your teeth in irritation. Unfortunately, the second category dominates in the story. #LogicInHumour #CrazyReaderRequirements

There's only one good sentence in the entire book:
"Sometimes, you just need to be allowed to feel sad."

So allow me to be sad at my wasted time and money... ☹️ But at least you guys will be safe from this nightmare. #SacrificingReader πŸ˜‡πŸ˜

Oh, there could be one more reason why you want to read this book....

Are you an insomniac? This book might just help with the problem. 😴 #SweetDreams
